I just got off the 028 from EWR on Tue I can add that when trying to use the phone it also had to be reset and a couple of things about the seat I don’t find it being really flat I feel like I am on an angle and since the foot rest is a bit short for me I have to close it when sleeping "flat" and then I fell like nothing is holding me back from slipping off that angle. Also this may be a personal feeling that the seat was low I felt like I am on the floor did anybody else feel that way? Other than that it’s a great product.
