While the product is good, a lot of the service depends on the crew.

I was shocked to hear my SO's experience on her latest SFO-EWR transcon in F. I was flying NW that day in F, and when we discussed our respective flights, my flight service was far superior to hers.

While CO has a stronger product than NW, a lazy crew can take away a lot. With that said, if the crew is that bad, a lot can be resolved if you're not ashamed to hit the FA call button as needed.
