Good for your husband. He's like one of the 10%, I mean 0.1% that isn't a TC'ing slacker. This of course is only true if you are telling me the truth. Perhaps I can't handle the truth

But what do we do about the potential wife who wants to grab a windfall off the corporation by having him TC in places where she can live the life of Riley

TC'ing is a scam. Just remember, nobody knows you are goofing off before you do. So modulate yourselves accordingly and you will never get caught or exposed The scam lives on!
