With all the major improvements in their business class it makes sense to put the old B767 product entirely into the domestic market and use just upgraded seat equipment on their international routes.
I don't think so. UA generally routes international aircraft to domestic routes sometimes to maximize aircraft utilization.
For example, a 767 could operate ORD-IAD-ZRH-IAD-ORD-AMS-ORD-IAD-BRU-IAD-ORD.
