I wanted to know about a ticket I purchased. I purchased a regional 2 upgradable ticket that had a upgradedable promotion flag on it. What does that mean? I am a premier elite, not the higher up ranking but after this flight will be bumped to the next class. Can I upgrade the thing or not? I am running from Chicago to Heathrow.
