I think it's about time LY starts dedicating a/c types to specific flights. In BA,LH,CO (which they compare themselves to) you always know what you get. The only sure routes today are (as far as I can think) MIA with a 762, YYZ with a 76X and HKG+LAX with a 777. NYC,BKK, LHR and CDG keep changing all the time.
1. On the LY schedule the two new planes will have 772 written as a/c type instead of plain 777.
2. The new a/c will be dedicated at first to EWR (ly027,028) and LHR (LY316 will be mostly new a/c and 744).
It will fly to CDG and AMS now for the summer pressure and when the second a/c joins, HKG will be on new a/c on saturday at first and then exclusievely on sunday's flights.
