It is not on the waterfront, or even really within walking distance. It's is however on a fair-sized, in-town road with several good bars and restaurants, and is a short drive from anywhere else you may want to be in Annapolis.
Also happens to be across the street from my company's home office, so I hope to be logging some stays there myself.
