With all due respect to the agent, I don't believe s/he is correct. Remeber that the only thing consistent at UA is that they are consistently inconsistent. I wouldn't take their answer at face value. Also, I know of MANY people that have been told they were on the PA list by a US agent but were really on the PB list. Half of the time I feel like they have no clue what they are talking about...
