I *used* to enjoy the whole airport experience, but now the whole event annoys me to the extent that its not fun at all. Long security queues, being herded and shouted at by people I dont respect, not being able to carry what I want and having to check baggage unnecessarily, having different confusing security procedures at each airport I travel to, having airports use security measures to gain more revenue , worrying about my personal information, being treated like a criminal on entry to the US (fingerprinting) ...
and all this through an airport that had 40 years of terrorism and managed perfectly well without show security.
