I spent the last week using my brother's iPhone while he's been in Costa Rica on vacation. I'm pretty impressed by the way in which you interact with the phone (the interface from both a hardware and software perspective) but IMO the capabilities of the phone are not up to snuff w/respect to its other qualities. The lack of 3G is unconscionable in a phone that costs $600, etc. I think the iPhone speaks very well of what the future will bring...but IMO there are better (from a practical perspective) phones available now.
