I believe most (all?) Coca Cola produced in Mexico is made with sugar. Just take a look in your local Mexican grocery store - they'll usually have it in the bottle.

I read a newspaper article not too long ago that one of the things immigrants missed most about Mexico was the "real" Coca Cola.
