1. Rooms are very nice, and as a Plat I got the "You've been upgraded" sticker. Since I have a bathroom, a bedroom and a small sitting area / desk, I imagine that I am in a "suite".
2. The gyms are both fine - the weights on the fifth floor, and the cardio equipment on the third floor.
3. Service is fine, recognition of Plat good.
4. Breakfast in the lounge looks good, although somethings taste "greasy", although it is not in fact greasy.
5. The Spa offers 10% off for guests, so that pays for half of your tip. Headachy and jet-lagged, I had a treatment the afternoon I arrived, after a session in the gym and a shower. The price was high, but afterward my headache was gone, my muscles ached but in a good way, and after forcing down a dinner I was able to sleep until 5AM. The oil massage was excellent, the salt rub afterwards was fine (I am not a fan of that sort of thing), and the steam and shower afterwards was good. My muscles around my spine are still sore 24 hours later - that is a good massage.
6. Free internet, a la this post.
7. Room service prompt, food better than the Shanghai Hyatt.
8. The executive lounge has a big tank full of jellyfish - novel and interesting.
9. The price was slightly above average, but the location, as mentioned above, will literally save me hours on the daily transits to and from work.
