Generally speaking, I would take the S-Bahn....the LH bus can run in a bad pile-up, making it a long, unpleasant journey.
Are you insinuating that there might be a STAU on the autobahn?

Funny, as some Munich S-bahn trains have the propoganda poster warning "Stau? S-bahn fahren!".
