I actually faxed it all over (again) before posting last night, but yeah, it was fare class I ($59), and the boarding pass stub even has my WP number on it! (Though it's not prefixed with "NW" - but I don't think HawaiianMiles has gone to 12-digit numbers yet, so I wouldn't expect them to have accidentally credited someone else's account.)
Honestly, CZ was more of a pain to deal with (of course - almost anyone is more of a pain to deal with than HA), and the one that matters most to me is the AF one this year, since that impacts my EQMs.
