I agree -- but you should have been there today when Aeroflot decided that it didn't like my electronic ticket (issued by Continental) and the ticketing supervisor refused to call Continental (or anyone else) and simply insisted on my purchasing a new ticket. They did the same for another passenger whose electronic ticket was issued by Swiss. Ahhh... "This is Russia!"
