Absolutely the worst cup I had was on Southwest.....greyhound of the skies serves it black, hot, cheap and it tastes like it!
They tried to tell me it was the water, but I have a neighbor that is one of their pilots that told me they buy the cheapest they can find.
With their ticket prices rising, you would think they could afford something much better!
