Can anyone point me in the right direction?

I'm running my Treo750 on WM5
I had it set to sync (activesync) Calendar and Contacts.

However, It would sure be nice to add a sent items sync so that items that I reply to via my pda gets updated on my desktop in the sent folder.

I could always CC myself but I can't find an automatic way to do that either.

I do not sync OTA via Exchange. I created a mailbox account called Pop3 that handles all my mail.

However when I clicked and added "E-mail" in my sync items, it did great but created a new account named outlook email. Of course this doesn't send or receive until I sync from what I can tell.

Any great solutions out there? Just trying to dial in my device.
