Glad I could help out. A couple of other random suggestions to the FAQ I had were:
1. Who is CO Insider?
2. No holding itinerary but allowing cancellation within 24 hours of booking when signed into CO.com. There used to be a refund button but now you actually select cancel and then select your route of refund (original payment, credit towards additional itinerary).
