Flying coach and I was amazed at the service, how nice and polite the flight crew was and the burger and salad wasn't bad either! AA couldn't/wouldn't give me my luggage so I had to file a claim with CO. Not only did CO deliver my luggage they called me when the finally received it from AA to tell me that it was on it's way.

I've heard lots of good things about CO. I'm impressed!^
