What is your preference, miles or status? Which carriers do you fly and in which fare classes?
TP & SA also only earn 1.5x in J (and 2.0x in F) whereas on both you would get 2.0x and 3.0x in LH's programme. There are also a few fare classes which don't earn well (e.g. Z on UA which is business class only earns 1.0x) so all this needs to factor into your decision making process.
That said, BD offers cash and miles and Gold is relatively easy to earn when flying up front.
Suggest you look at the fare table and look up the fare classes you regularly book.

LH and SK could be other worthwhile programmes to pursue - LH offers *G after 85K worth of flying (as their status bonus counts towards status earning) and is valid two years.
At the end of the day, they all have their pros and cons.
