I picked up the full page details printed out by someone at Pennys.
One issue may be: Taxes, fees, pax serv chg. and AIRLINE FAILURE INSURANCE are not covered and, where applicable, MUST be paid upon confirmation or reservation by credit card. Can they force on to get AIRLINE FAILURE INSURANCE? At what cost?? I understand the taxes and pax fac. fees.
I did not see it answered, but can one go on a website (Expert Flyer) and see which flights have U class seats available?
I can see lots of back and forth on dates/destinations. If one can do this over the phone, not too bad. Or even by email. But if by snail mail, may take a lot of time to get what you can live with.
