Upgrade help

Hi:
I'm scheduled to fly SAS from SEA to Warsaw through Copenhagen in mid-January. I am a UA 1K. Is there anyway to upgrade on this trip? Are there any trades possible (SWU on UA for upgrade on SAS?)
