I always give entrepreneurs, especially in an industry as mature as the airline industry, the benefit of the doubt. That is, they must have thought through the no-phone-number plan, particularly in event of a snowstorm in Columbus, .
They don't really have the flights to accomodate passengers if flights get cancelled. Why have a phone number if there isn't anything that the airline is going to be doing, other then just refunding the fare paid?
