Regarding Trumbull Marriott - I've stayed there about a year ago & it's an old hotel. I think you're MUCH better off staying at the CY in Shelton, CT (it's about the same price as the full-service Marriott, but a newer & better hotel, IMHO).

Between choosing between 500 pts ($100 if not offered) or a bottle of water and a cookie , for the same Money I'd go with the Marriott over the CY. If I wasnt a Plat then maybe the CY
