Concerning e<ticket, I've just confirmed the situation with Qualiflyer. No miles with a companion (award) ticket.
I called Qualiflyer to claim missing miles on a paid e<ticket because i flew 3 segments and only got 1000 miles.
Surprise, surprise. Since 2 segments were flown same day, they say that i can only get 1 credit (500 miles) for those 2 segments. This is strange because those flights had different numbers. Where can i find that rule? Were you aware of it?
