Rudi, everything was fine, except that the eyes for foie gras are too big and therefore the stomach complained ….
BTW: I am working on the trip report piece by piece, but what I know right now, thanks to your knowledge and organization, the trip was better than my report, for sure (at least I opened the brand new Michelin guide).
