If this sounds dumb, please excuse, but I couldn't find the answers anywhere.

1. You become a TQ member if you have completed 40'000 miles within 12 months. Do you get status at the time you hit 40'000 ?

2. How long do you stay TQ member ? 12 months from the time you hit 40'000 ?

3. What if I requalify in less than 12 months ? Do I get another 12 months from the time of requalification or from the time my original membership expired ?

4. What's the deal with extended status due to the transition to the "new" Travelclub FF program ? any advantage in reaching status before Dec. 31, 2002 ?
