I agree. And I discovered this by accident. In the Persian Gulf region, when you order "tea [or coffee] with milk" in a non-Western establishment -- e.g., an Arabic or Indian restaurant or tea stand -- they usually give you condensed milk. India too. And I love "Thai iced tea," which is made with the stuff.
It seems like Rainbow is the dominant brand in the Middle East. Lots of calories, probably, but delicious!
