LH C: metal
LH Y: plastic
SR C: metal (that was LHR-ZRH operated by LX, so comment above re UK not quite correct)
BA Y: what's a knife?

Routes to/from US: as above

VS lounges at LHR T3 and LGW: plastic (both airside)
