CO - All plastic in int'l J. Kind of funny when with the nice dishes and glasses that they use, but I can't complain. Overall service still good anyways.
PR - Metal everything except for flights to the US. Plastic knife instead.
NW - Standard metal Y-class cutlery (as usual) with nice, sturdy plastic knife in int'l J. I thought it was going to be a flimsy, hard to use knife.
