I'm on a 3 class 744 from LAX -MEL & in the UD. I'm gonna try for row 16 at check-in. On the return BNE-LAX it is a 2 class 744 & I'm also in the UD. Think after reading this I'll move downstairs. Seat Guru indicates row 1 is great, but the bulkhead & close distance to the other two seats on this row are troubling. Row 2 or 3 look ok. Any thoughts on these seats?
BTW just where is the self service bar downstairs?
