She made a simple mistake - probably not something that happens frequently (otherwise it would be all over this board). If you asked and she still refused then I could see an issue, but we are all human and sometimes things do slip our mind (besides, dtw-phl is like 80 minutes at most). Why not just chalk this up to a one time occurrance and hope it doesnt happen again?
It's supposed to be "first class" service. The snack tray was catered specifically for the first-class cabin. And if the FA "moved the snack tray around", she had taken it out of the cart and obviously knew it was there.
