I asked the same about the cost in an earlier thread -
Wunala gone - however it was not known but it was floated 12 year life. Also there is a work in progress pic but no details on the actual spray location aside from Boeing.
Presumably the decal lasts just as long as a standard job but probably costs 4 times as much as the standard white with red tail.
