As slippahs indicated we have been looking into this situation, however the solution to this particular issue is still pending. This is actually related directly to a new automated message that was implemented this year for WorldPerks Elite members. Prior to this year, we did not send e-mail messages to indicate reaching a new level. Feedback from FT members has helped us to make minor modifications to this notification message system. We hope to have a final resolution to this particular situation soon.

The other issues listed in this topic are being reviewed for future enhancment opportunities on nwa.com. Whenever practical, these issues will be included in ongoing fixes.
