I've stayed in it twice prior to boarding Cunard to cross the Atlantic. Its a pleasant hotel and the restaurant is good. I'm sure I didn't pay for breakfast so perhaps that was a Diamond benefit. I think I received an in room amenity as a Diamond, some water and fruit. There was no lounge. Its easy to get a taxi to go to the ship terminal or go into town but have the hotel call the cab 15 minutes before you need it.
