Why should they do anything nice for the customer during these times of high profits and possibly slow down the flow of huge profits into their overflowing pockets. FWIW, I too have signed up for those emails ebreaks, etc. and have NEVER received 1 of them. We are after all dealing with the Marriott IT department which can't even get their web pages rendered properly on IE7.

Many of my coworkers receive them without problems (or I hear about the email on FT).
I am beginning to understand why they took out the old "Spirit to Serve" book from the room, because it is obviously no longer applicable to today. Instead we'll give you some cute little antadotes to make you feel better about all the crap they are pulling.
