No help here; driven by it but never been in. Once we tried Circus Circus (which is 5 minutes from our house), we've almost exclusively gone there to satisfy steak cravings. Louis' Basque Corner is often a stop when friends are in town, so it might be a good place to try for the food/experience/value combination.
