You can take either of the Avis or Hertz shuttles, as they share the same intersection as the post office.

-Post Office is on the NW corner.
-Hertz is on the NE corner.
-Avis is on the SW corner.

The easiest and shortest walk will be the Avis shuttle. If you take the Avis shuttle, get off when you reach the regular counter (bypass the Preferred Counter). Walk towards the front of the bus, out the gate onto the street, and turn left.

If you take the Hertz shuttle, get off at the #1 Gold Club area, then walk away from the intersection.... there will be a gate on the SW corner of the lot, then you'll turn right and backtrack to the Post Office.

The bus ride should be <10 minutes, then a 5-10 min walk. 2h30m is tight but doable, IMO.

Hope that helps.
