I still maintain the richest custard in Chicago. Milwaukee places still use more butterfat but Scooters is certainly delicious. Better than Culver's (more butterfat as well)

Actually, it is the ONLY place you can get frozen custard in Chicago - other than the few other places that happen to sell Scooters frozen custard (which happens to include Jerry's Sandwiches on Madison). There are no Culver's in the city. AND, at Culver's, you can get a butterburger, which is just as good a reason to go as the custard!
