Not quite true. I consider Mousetrap to be a traditional play before "glitter" and "glamour" and "magic" hit the stage. I have seen it 4 or 5 times in the last 30 years, and it has been fun. It is in a smaller, more-intimate theater.
I have to admit, I have never used the TKTS. I'm too chicken at not finding tickets for the shows I want .... and have always bought ahead of time.
