Seriously though, with a recent upgrading of their wine list you will have the opportunity to taste some of Australia's best reds. The selection LAX-BNE 2 weeks ago included Wynns Michael Shiraz 1997 (young I know) and the Moss Wood Cabernet Sauvignon which is one of Australia's finest. Leave room for whatever Botrytis Semillon they have to accompany dessert. If you play your cards properly (or drink your wines properly) the quality of the service and the comfort of the seating will become totally irrelevant.
