Sorry for the delay in getting an answer on this. My contact tells me Cholula is stocked at ASDA stores in the UK. When looking for it, check both the condiment (ketchup, steak sauce, etc.) section as well as the Mexican Foods section of the store. Various stores place it in various areas.

It's going to be quite a while before I can go to an Asda though - every other supermarket giant has stores I can readily access, but not this one. They're all just outside of London or in the suburbs and none of them are within reach.
It's a shame Selfridges is currently out of stock.
