For me, currently 6 (UA, DL, CO, NW, US, HA) - about 550K balance. Most of my Sky Team and *A balances were from before you could earn on other carriers.

Of my current 210K (or so) UA miles, my BIS mileage is under 52K. And my current balance does not include the 300-400K that I redeemed!
