I'd bring it and tell the screeners to go straight to hell if they tried to ban my cheesecake.

Given that many screeners don't mention the presence of a baggie inside my carryon (containing all sorts of liquids), just leave the cheesecake in your bag and odds are, the professional screeners won't notice it.
