On Saturday night, 7 April 2007, I stayed at the Leeds Marriott, UK (the troublesome reservation I mentioned
HERE). The stay itself was lovely but when I logged into my MR account just now, I appear to have received too few points.
The total bill was £133.22, comprising of room rate, meal, drinks, valet parking and VAT (sales tax). Without tax, the figure is £113.38. This converts to USD $222.75, so at 10 points per US Dollar spent, I was expecting 2227 base points. In fact I have been credited with 1029.
I have raised a query with Internet Customer Care but would appreciate any insight into this from those on here who know more about the system than I do.
