"Number of guests" changed
Hi everyone.
I have 3 rooms reserved at Courtyard Sheffield/Rotherham, UK for the night of 8 April. Each room I reserved was for 2 guests and my confirmation emails show this. They have also shown correctly on my reservations list until I checked yesterday and now they all show as 1 guest per room. As the rooms are booked as part of a dining package, I called the hotel directly to make sure they had the correct details. The clerk assured me that each of the rooms was on her system as being for 2 guests.
I'm not worried at all but can anyone shed any light as to why this is?
