It seems to apply to all QF flights even LHR-HKG in F had plastic 3 weeks ago. I complained to the FA as I had just come off BA F ORD-LHR and had steel knives. Pointed out that my amenities kit just 3 feet away had 2 lovely sharp razer blades in it.

stupid ....stupid ....stupid rules.
