My old Guide Gayot suggested Maxim's but the only Maxim's there seems to be just a bar now.

Is Brasserie Flo the best there is?
The upscale restaurant of the Sheraton (above the TGV station) Les Etoiles is better, IMHO. The standard restaurant of the Sheraton, Les Saisons is similar to the Brasserie Flo.
