Just send them an email, this has always worked for me since the "change booking" link disappeared from the website. You should be able to figure the email address from the forum sticky.
For future reference, in which sticky can I find the right folks to email; specifically who/what dept did you have sucess with, the specfic hotel, MR or General Reservations to add your MR #?
fwiw, I called the hotel (NOLA Marrott FQ) and was told by the front desk rep that she could make NOI changes to my res. Even when I explained it was for incidentals she, said she understood but there was no way for her to edit/add my MR #.
She added that someone else had just called (also w/ a PL res) and she told them the same thing. The hotel rep did advise me to present my MR# at checkin and that maybe they could add it then.
I then called the MR General Reservation and asked them to confirm my res and add my MR #.
I heard the agent review my res, seemed confused that she couldn't see the rate and asked if I booked it "online". I simply said yes and that all I wanted to do was ensure my MR# was on my upcoming res.
She said, "oh ok no problem", input my MR# and just emailed me a confirmation.
Nice to know I'm all set and have one less thing to deal with upon arrival.
Now if only Chase would get their act in gear and make a decision on my Marriott card app.
