This is key for me, it would seem that for a tourist interested in touring Seoul that the Hiltons are not that good for location (I like to get out and experience restaurants/shops/sights outside the hotel)

If you want Starwood option, Westin Chosun is an excellent choice for its locations in regards to restaurants, stores, subway station and etc...
